In February, mosquitos generally do not trouble you in Chitwan and are not found in Pokhara. But there might be some mosquitos in Chitwan at late February, when the temperature starts to rise. So, I suggest you to finish up the Chitwan part first and then visit Pokhara, if that is possible. If not, always sleep inside mosquito nets and when going outside, use mosquito repellent creams that are available on Kathmandu on body parts not covered by clothes. So you should be safe from mosquito bites.
Have a nice time in Nepal.
