Looking for best flight options and airline for flight to Pokharra. I find a great deal of information on Yeti Airlines and the unfortunate recent crash. Any information would be helpful.
Will be traveling in December 2008.
Flights from Katmandu to Pokharra
I%26#39;ve made the flight several times with Bhuddha Air - seem quite good (and be sure to sit on the right-hand side flying to Pokhara - better views !)
Flights from Katmandu to Pokharra
I just booked a KTM to PKR and return flight with Buddah Air for January. The price they quoted me was USD 86 + USD 12 (fuel surcharge)so USD 98. It is a tiny bit more expensive than some of the other airlines, but given their safety record, newer planes and the fact their flights were only 30mins compared with an hour on Royal Nepal Airlines, I thought it was well worth it the extra 10.
I think Buddha Air has competitive prices and they use new big planes in this sector.
Also look at Sita Air. We just had our trekking trip and we took Sita Air for our Kathmandu-Pokhara flight.
Hello There,
Cost of flight to pokhara has been decreased since few days because the fuel cost has gone down internationally and the oil corporation of nepal has also reduce the cost of air fuel that%26#39;s why all the domestic airlines have reduct the flight cost.
And recent cost of flight to Pokhara from kathmandu is US$ 86 + 10 = US$ 96.00 one way.

How much is a return flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu i.e. fly to Pokhara, fly back the next day? Is there a discount for return flights?
And what is the latest rate for a mountain flight?
