How to get into India from Royal Chitwan Park

Hello

I am in Kathmandu at the moment. We are looking at going to Royal Chitwan Park at the beginning of December and then want to head into India, what is the best way of doing this. We are also considering going to Pokhara after Chitwan and then into India, again what is the best way to get into India?

Hi, I can%26#39;t really help with Chitwan --%26gt; India, but I believe there is a bus (?). I went from Chitwan to Pokhara and then to India a few years ago, there%26#39;s no direct way. You would need to go back to Kathmandu from Pokhara by bus (8hrs) or plane (30mins), and then on to India. Easiest way is to fly but flights get booked up pretty quick! Or there%26#39;s a bus from Ktm - Delhi, it does take about 36hours though. Hope that is of some help!

How to get into India from Royal Chitwan Park

You can go from Chitwan National Park to Naryangarh in Chitwan. From there, take a bus to Bhairahawa/Sunauli which takes around 3 hours. Cross the border to India and from Sunauli on the Indian side, take a three hour ride to Gorakhpur. From Gorakhpur, take a train to any part of India that you want to travel.
