We used HIMALAYAN ROCK TREKS %26amp; EXPEDITION operated by Mr. Rammani Sapkota for our Everest base camp trek and it was a terrible experience. The address of the agency is P.O. Box 5478, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. The website is www.himalayanrock.com.
The guide that he provided us did not take care of us and even exposed us to undue dangers during the trek (i.e. he did not help us or give any advice when one of our members had altitude sickness and he made us trek at night in the pitch darkness on dangerous high mountain paths.)
In addition, when we were left stranded in Kathmandu due to the recent Bangkok airport takeover in Dec 2008, Mr. Rammani Sapkota was not interested in helping us despite numerous calls to him, he never returned any of our phone calls, and he basically left us to resolve the situation by ourselves after he took our money.

When I read your comments I Feel a bit sad. i a so sorry about that case. As a company director he should Organize nice trip with Experience guide for you. And when you have problem while you are in nepal i think also he should keep and touch with you to solve the problem. I think that is a not good human beings. Only soem of company are liek that must are not doing same. I hope when you are next tiem Nepal. Forget this company.
