everst region or poon hill region???

hi!

we have 6 nights 7 days in nepal - we were going to do the poon hill trek, however we REALLY want to see mount everst!

which region is best to explore?

what are the major differences?

if we want beautfiul mountain views, exposure to local culture and views of mount everst, which would you recommend?

if the poon hill is best over all trek(scenery, etc), then how can we see everst as well...from KTM/ go to nagarkot?

please help!!

You have a couple of options, take the Mountain flight out of KTM which flys around Everest (hope for a clear morning)

Go to Nagarkot as other option.

My preference is Pokhara, Poon Hill option as I prefer the views of the Annapurnas and Machupachurie (sp)as well as the diversity of the cultures. Everest is more of a singular event and culture.
