Planing doing a trek in may this year,is it best to arrange a trek in Kathmandu or sort something out before leaving U.K,also can anyone recommend a good trekking company.Thankyou your comments will be most appreciated.

It%26#39;s as well to sort it out before you go, and quite easy to do - saves time when you arrive, and if you want a company can sort out transfers from the airport, hotel, etc as well as trek staff. An excellent treking company based in Thamel Kathmandu is Puru Timalsena with Above the Himalaya Treking, www.nepalguidetrek.com We recently completed a month long trip organized entirely by e-mail from the US and I cannot recommend him enough.
