Does anyone know at what time that the Bisket Jatra festival takes place in Bhaktapur on the 14th April?
We may be staying over in Bhaktapur on the 13th and so we%26#39;re be in Bhaktapur in the morning of the 14th. It would also be useful to know whether it mainly happens in the evening of the 14th as we may then have to change our plans and stay in Bhaktapur on the night of the 14th.
