I have done one trek in Nepal from the 06th of march to the 10th of march. Unfortenately my stay was very short.
I%26#39;ve contacted a local guide company, '; Above The Himalaya Trekking';. The guy, Puru, provide me a good proposition.
From Pokhara to Gorepani; then Poon Hill to Chomrong (a very tough day); chomrong to Dampus. (average of 9hrs/day of walk)
The view at Poon Hill was wonderfull, nobody has to missed it!
Near chomrong we went to some hot spring pool near a mountain river; it was amazing.
The accomodation were clean and simple. The sanitary were quiet rough. No need to carry to many stuff with you, in village you can find everything (water, toilet paper, soap, battery ...)
Food was great, and without any limitation (included in the price); try the french fries!
Everything was organised by the guide company. We had with us 1 guide and 1 porter, both speaking english, and knowing well the region. They were very flexible and organised.
I warmly recommand this people. I got a very fast answer when I was looking for a trek in such a short time, and price was reasonnable. They organised also the flight between KTM to Pokhara and the TIMS was ready when we arrive.
