Does anyone know if mobile phones can be used on the easy Annupurna trek. I received a text from my husband from Kathmandu but nothing since. He was then going to Pokhara and then the trek.
I%26#39;m not worried about him as he%26#39;s with a big group, just wondering if he can%26#39;t get a signal or if he%26#39;s too busy or tired to contact me.

I think you can use the mobile phone operating with the CDMA technolgoy from many parts of the trail but the ones operating with GSM technology might not have coverage as much as the former.

Went to your beautiful country three years ago on the Tiger Mountain tour and loved it.
