Tea house trek

I%26#39;m doing the EBC trek in April and will be staying in tea houses the whole time. Can anyone tell me what kinds of food you get at these places, and the cost of a meal, especially after leaving Namche Bazzar.

Breakfast: cereals, porridge, eggs etc.

Lunch / dinner: Soups, fried rice, noodles, omlettes, momos, occasionally yak steak, chips

Apple or banana pie

You%26#39;ll probably get by with breakfast at about $5, dinner $8 - 10.

Menus, and prices are standard and don%26#39;t change much. The main price changes as you go north seem to be in luxuries such as beer, coke, chocolate bars etc. where the price increases to reflect the addirional costs of getting the stuff there
