Totally Ripped off by Tour Agency in Nepal

while filming in Nepal, I bought a few Christmas gifts- In Thamel Kathmandu I made a big mistake. We went into an agency

the guys in there Mr Raja Narottam Pandey

its a company called AA all adventure treks

He took our boxes, valued at 500 euros

then he took 250 euros for fast track postage through a private agency like fedx or dhl.

that was on dec 02 2008

nothing has arrived, he never sent a tracking code when I emailed him and he wont talk to me on the phone.

He is a thug, I loved Nepal but a guy like this lets all the companies and people there down.

Can anyone help me to sort this out I will need to get a lawyer I suppose, if anyone is local please call in and tell him to send me the money he got selling thses goods and to send me my 250e back.

hwat else can we do

I am so sorry fo rthat news. Before also i have hurt this person is not right person i know him as well. I am also one of trekking Guide in Nepal and Tibet. I will try to talk and meat him once again let see how i got his responce then i will let you know.
